Following to the general assembly meeting and the election of new members of the BOD, the new BOD convened and agreed unanimously on the choice of Mr. Abdulhadi Abdulmonem as a Chairman for the period 2009-2012. The members also agreed on electing:

-    Mr.Hamid Zayani vice-chairman for the Gulf region

-    Mr.Monsef Sellami vice-chirman for the Maghreb region

-    Mr.Said Alhafez vice-chairman for the Mashreq region

It was decided to conduct the next meeting of the BOD in Beirut on December 2009.
