The forum witnessed high-level participation of leaders as well as senior Arab and international experts & intellectuals. The broad framework for dialogue was the big questions facing investors and officials in the region, notably: what the new image of the Arab world? What are the new dynamics that will determine the political and economic choices, and what is the expected impact of these choices on the business environment and investment? Will the process of economic openness that provided incentives to attract foreign investments continue?
